The Hercules Shunter bogie locomotive is not based on any locomotive in particular, but the robust design and rugged construction has made these engines popular both at home and at club tracks. It has been designed around the ability to accommodate two midsized standard car batteries, which at full charge will give a days running. It is easy to maintain and offers exception value for money.
Optional extra's available include, single colour paint, grill/louvers for bonnet. handrail and stanchions for front bonnet, alternative bell throttle controller with relay/accessory board.
The price excludes batteries, battery connectors and battery fixings/tray. Battery trays are included on the deck. These are set up to accept a type 085A standard car battery. Please specify if you do not want the trays fitted.
The Locomotive is also supplied with basic control board, battery isolator, led battery meter, hand control and battery leads with 6mm ring crimps.
