Slightly larger than scale, the sleepers and chairs have many prototypical features that enhance it’s overall look and will indeed not look out of place alongside narrow gauge stock. All componets are manufactured from high grade engineering polymers, therefore making them Rot, Frost and UV resistant.

The chairs are moulded with a set of arrows on the base, or in the case of the bar rail chairs the arrows are on the top, when placed on the sleeper as shown below automatic gauging can be achieved.
The chairs have a spacer in the back which is supplied with a spigot for use with our plastic sleepers and flat backed for use with wooden sleepers.

| Automatic Gauging |

| For standard rail gauge place the chairs on the sleepers with the arrows on the base of the chair pointing in, as shown below. |

| To achieve gauge widening on corners, either turn one chair 180° to achieve a 1/32nd widening or turn both chairs 180° to achieve a 1/16th widening. |

| This snap fit chair has been designed to be used with our plastic sleepers either PNR-1T-A or C and PNR-8A our new 5inch True Scale Sleeper. Manufactured from a high grade polymer, the chair has been designed to suit 5/8 x 5/8 Rail.
This new chair benefits from easy installation, just push it into place, no screws to fiddle with, it also benefits from automatic gauge wideing.
